I was remiss to not wish a happy first day of Spring yesterday. Though apparently it wasn't officially spring until 11pm or something on the east coast. Nonetheless, happy Spring!
My only trade of note was shorting some calls on JWN for quick cash following spreads blowing out after a halt on news that the co. was exploring going private. Love when vol opportunities crop up like that. Also took a small vol flip on a PLNT straddle I picked up after seeing the stock down about 8% and IV up 25% with the Apr 55 puts getting hammered. Liked my odds on the straddle at +/- <10% by Apr opex.
