SPY closed yesterday at the highs at 211.20. It's currently trading around 211.17.

First Solar FSLR, +1.26%  shares jumped 10% to $54.76 on moderate volume and SunPower SPWR, -0.82%   shares surged 12% to $31.14 on moderate volume. The companies said they are in advanced negotiations to form a yieldco, a joint vehicle of pooled solar generation assets, with an eye on launching an IPO for the spinoff.
SPWR notes: Stock also posted earnings this AM, so it has this business deal and the earnings for the  market to digest.
