$YHOO is out with earnings and the stock is trading around 36.90 after closing at 34.20. It's largely up on the Alibaba stake. From MW:

rallied 7.4% premarket after its first-quarter earnings report, which showed the company returned to growth. The firm said revenue, minus commissions paid to partners for Internet traffic, was up 1% last quarter. Display ad revenue excluding traffic commissions was up 2% compared to the same quarter a year ago.
Yahoo also reported stronger-than-expected growth in its revenue from Alibaba, a Chinese company in which it holds a 24% stake, and which is expected to soon hold an initial public offering.
Brian Nowak, analyst at Susquehanna International Group, wrote that
Yahoo’s “results were ‘deja vu’ as the core business continues to
disappoint, and the valuation is all about (a rapidly growing) Alibaba.”
$INTC posted earnings and is trading about flat from it's close of 26.80 yesterday. It hit an ETH high of 27.85 and a low of 26.50. From MW:
Intel Corp. INTC +0.34% late Tuesday said it earned 38 cents a share, compared with 40 cents a share a year ago. Revenue in the period rose to $12.76 billion from $12.58 billion. Intel also forecast revenue of $13 billion, plus or minus $500 million in the second quarter. Intel shares gained 2.4% in extended trading.

$TWTR yesterday ripped 11% starting slightly after 1300hrs, from around 41 to close at the highs of the day at 45.50 on heavy volume.
